The Demo Utility is designed for real-time communications over the Web.
Please read the following instructions if this is your first use of our on-line Demo Utility.

 
Using the Tool for the first time
This demo service is used for product demonstrations, product support and online meetings. Each of these services is scheduled and only those participants identified by the Visual Analytics meeting host are eligible to attend. You must also be a registered member of our Support Site to access our demo service.

The first time you want to participate in an online meeting, you will need to set up the Meeting Manager software on your computer. To do so:
  • If you are not logged in to the Support Site, click the "Login to the Support Site" option and log in
  • Once logged in, click the "Attend an Online Demo or Meeting" option
  • Click the Set Up / Meeting Manager option
  • Click the Set Up button
When you have set up the Meeting Manager software on your computer, all you need to attend the meeting is the password provided to you by the Visual Analytics meeting host. When it is nearing the time for your meeting to start, simply:
  • If you are not logged in to the Support Site, click the "Login to the Support Site" option and log in
  • Once logged in, click the "Attend an Online Demo or Meeting" option
  • Click the Attend a Meeting / Register option
  • Enter your password to connect to the meeting

   
Tool Requirement
The following are the minimum system requirements for installing Meeting Manager for Windows:
  •  
  • Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME (Millennium Edition), XP, NT, or 2000
  •  
  • Intel Pentium 166 MHz or faster processor*
  •  
  • 32 MB RAM (64 MB recommended)
  •  
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or later, Netscape Navigator 4.x, or AOL 5.0 or later
  •  
  • JavaScript and cookies enabled on the Web browser; ActiveX enabled on Internet Explorer
  •  
  • 56K or faster Internet connection

    Your meeting service provides Meeting Manager software for the following operating systems:
  •  
  • Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME (Millennium Edition), XP, 2000, and NTA
  •  
  • Mac OS
  •  
  • Sun Microsystems Solaris and Linux
    * Annotation for Meeting Manager for Solaris or Linux is available only to a presenter while sharing an application, desktop, or Web browser.
