The VisuaLinks Modeling Training is a 2-day course geared towards those users that will actually create the mappings between VisuaLinks and the database. This class covers a number of methodological approaches to data modeling and provides hands-on scenarios using a number of different data sets.
Although this class is geared more towards technical users, it can be taken by anyone with a fundamental understanding of data and databases.
This course is designed to provide students with:

Create a data model
Connect to various data sources
Create objects assigning keys and attributes
Create associations assigning keys and attributes
Extract attribute values using lookup tables
Transform values using Disambiguator functions
Prerequisites
The Introduction to VisuaLinks Training and VisuaLinks User Training courses must be completed prior to attending the VisuaLinks Modeling course.
